Comprehensive Cancer Control Program

The comprehensive approach to cancer control is an emerging strategy that seeks to ensure that all of our state's cancer fighting organizations - from state government programs to non-profit organizations - are working together to fight cancer in every community on all fronts, from prevention and early detection to treatment, quality of life and end-of-life care.

The West Virginia Comprehensive Cancer Program works to increase coordination and cooperation between cancer control organizations and programs throughout the state. By joining forces our goal is to increase access to cancer information and resources while promoting awareness and education.
